Comments: I have been a reader of Iron Horse for many years, and when it dies I lost a friend. I heard of this site after the Horse went away, but lost the link to it. I have now found it again and will be a regular. I've owned a number of Harleys over the years and the one I had when the Horse vanished was a '73 FX. After I sold that bike I ventured into metrics a couple of years, but now I am back on a Harley ('92 XLH) and have no plans to leave again.
Iron Horse was the best bike/biker magazine ever. The new Iron Horse is a joke and even though The Horse BSC is okay, it cannot compare to the original IH.
Keep writing and I'll keep reading.

Dave

Welcome back, Dave. I will keep writing! Another thing: Don't ever leave Harleys again! Go the distance with 'em!

Comments: I miss the old "Horse" with the great articles/letter rebuttals.
The bikes were awesome, but I enjoyed the "Going the Distance" perspective more.
Respects~

I miss IH too, but as long as we have our Harleys---that's what matters, man. I think you'll enjoy the new Going The Distance columns at my website.
